TODD STAR: Known as a highly regarded successful senior executive with over 30 years of industry experience, Todd has made significant contributions at leading global real estate organizations including Westfield Corporation, Heitman Financial and Equity Office Properties where, collectively in senior executive positions, he has been responsible for billions of dollars’ worth of high-quality assets and actively involved in thousands of deal transactions.
In a leadership role, Todd takes pride in leading the team by being collaborative and supportive. Operating with a high degree of integrity, he collaborates well with others on a shared vision of the future setting clearly defined goals and motivating people towards them. Managing both large and small teams, Todd has enjoyed a high degree of success delivering projects on-time and at budget.
Todd is a graduate of the University of Iowa and of the Stanford University Senior Executive Training Program, is a licensed California real estate broker, has earned a Real Property Administrator (RPA) designation from Building Owners and Managers International (BOMI), is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and is a member of the United States Tennis Association (USTA). Todd was born and raised in Chicago, Illinois and currently resides in Calabasas, California.
ANNE STAR: Anne's successful retailing career began on the sales floor at Neiman Marcus then up to opening flagship stores then to the highly coveted buying office in Dallas where she trained under the company’s founders - including Mr. Stanley Marcus. Later she became a senior buyer for both Macy's and JC Penney where she bought for over 1800 stores giving her a thorough understanding of retail trends, experiential retailing,merchandising and gross margins.
This extensive experience allowed Anne to spend many years in London, England as a retail consultant coordinating the efforts of American retailers throughout the United Kingdom. Returning back to Chicago, Anne became a top-performing Leasing Executive for Heitman Financial, a major pension fund adviser and global owner of real estate.
Anne was born and raised in St. Louis, Missouri and currently resides in Calabasas, California. She received her real estate license in the State of Illinois and earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Indiana University specializing in business marketing, management and economics. Anne is a member of the USTA, a certified personal trainer and a community fund raiser for the children of the inner city of Los Angeles.
